12th of December is day of Santa María de Guadalupe

Today is day of Santa María de Guadalupe (La morenita del Tepeyac).

Mexico is a catholic country and she is St. Mother of Mexicans. She is celebrated on 12th of December every day.

Early morning people sing her Las mañanitas but on Santa María de Guadalupe's Eve there are fireworks in her honor. On 12th of December there are traditional dances and more fireworks. A lot of pilgrims arrive to Basílica de Guadalupe to congratulate her and thank for her miracles and help.

She receives roses because she gave roses to Juan Diego like sample her existence.

Juan Diego asked on her behalf build a church where people talk with her. Then built a church dedicated to her which has changed until what is now. 

Of course, I believe her very much because she has reconforted me when I've had concerns, troubles and pain.
